Saturn and Mars, together with Spica, make a prominent row of stars in the evening sky tonight.

The rapid motion of the Red Planet is particularly obvious in the evening sky over the next few days, as Mars speeds between Spica and slow-moving Saturn, moving upward in the evening sky.

The bright star on the right is Arcturus in Bo§tes the Herdsman. Near the left edge of the image, the lob-sided rectangle of Corvus the Crow is prominent.
